Hannah and her team of seasoned creative leaders, personally source and vet talent in direct relationship to your company’s requirement. She currently consults on digital transformation and trends that are shaping today’s global businesses to the Fortune 500. Recently she served as the Director of Emerging Technology for Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah GA, where she was responsible for overall development, management and strategy of enterprise mobile application development. Hannah also founded the UX practice at Gulfstream, hiring the first-ever design talent within IT for the company. Throughout her career, Hannah has earned acclaim for her innovative blend of technology and creativity. Also a successful entrepreneur, she launched rappidApp, a mobile Content Management System, in 2011, which ended in a successful exit, and served as the founder and CEO of Smack Dab Studios -- a full-service graphic design and custom web site development company -- for eight years. A technology, marketing and branding expert, Hannah has worked with high-profile clients including AARP, Merck, Vanguard, Coca-Cola & Allianz Life.

A senior creative recruiter and publishing industry veteran, she brings 16 years of experience and first-hand knowledge of what top companies are looking for in new talent. Peita identifies innovators,creators and the best user experience designers on the market to find the perfect match for companies. She previously worked at iknowwho, Australia’s highly successful marketing-based recruitment agency, and as a creative recruitment consultant for a boutique agency. An expert multi-tasker, Peita has strategically masterminded the placement of advertising, design, production, publishing and in-house corporate staff, ranging from freelance graphic designers to permanent creative directors. Raised in Hong Kong but a true Aussie at heart, Peita brings a diverse, international flavor to talent recruiting and a keen understanding of the UX and CX fields. A former production coordinator for Australia’s leading custom publisher, Text Media, Peita recognizes the power of a strong, cohesive creative team and enjoys facilitating rewarding experiences for business leaders and creatives.
